The epic Houston and New Orleans floods of the last few years continually remind me of the importance of what I do for my wedding and portrait side hustle. Once the water recedes, the 100 mph wind has died down, the porta-potties are gone, and the homes get bulldozed away...what's left of our pasts are our photos. I am glad I took this one. And, yes...it is being printed. Printing counts.
