Christmas, Togetherness, and SHOPPING!

The phone has brought so many people together. Thanks! Steve! This scene will be played out tens of thousands of times over the next couple of months. I can hear it now: "Let's go shopping at the mall!"  "Sure, I'll drive!" Then, everyone can say they went shopping together...but that's it. Nothing more. What a waste. Another Christmas. Another step towards abject loneliness.  I think people should think before going along with the crowd. It's not about being part of it in the long run. It's about being who we are supposed to be.
