St. Paul is Officially out of Hibernation!

St. Paul came out of hibernation today. No snow, and 64 degrees. I wonder if they were talking about everything that happened over the winter when they weren't looking. Rabbits made new homes under their porches. Mice lived in their walls. Putin got a lot more land and for less than colonists paid for Manhattan, even adjusting the beads for inflation. Their friends in the MN legislature caught them sleeping while in hibernation and took more of their hard earned income...or did they tax dole they were already getting from their victims friends on their block? No one will ever know. And that's the way Governor Dayton likes it. Go Gov!
